Atlanta Magazine & The Literary Center
at the Margaret Mitchell House
990 Peachtree Street
Atlanta, Georgia 30309
Life has been busy, thus my sporadic postings. I've just delivered work, which I've been frantically painting, to my gallery in Asheville (www.16patton.com), for a show which begins tomorrow. My 4 year old grandson is here for a few days (I'd forgotten how all-consuming kids are), I've been busy putting together the program for the Southeastern Pastel Society's annual show (hanging now at the Oglethorpe University Museum of Art, in Atlanta (go see it if you're in the area). And more. But I must stop everything and get back into the studio or I'll go mad.
Meanwhile, this post is about the Georgia Author Book Bash at the Atlanta Magazine & The Literary Center at the Margaret Mitchell House on June 29. My sisters and I will be there as authors of our cookbook (none of us cook--this is for people who hate cooking. See our book at www.youwantmetobringadish.com). Come say hi if you're in the area. Click the link in the title of this post to hear more.
And now I must try to get my second cup of coffee before a little 4 year old wakes up to dominate my day.
