SLEEPING NUDE, sold

After years of drought, we in Atlanta are getting days and days of glorious rain. First thing I do every morning is fix my coffee and take it with me as I walk through the garden to see what surprises await. My 3 cats (Raindrop, Frou-Frou and Boo) inevitably appear from nowhere and follow me around, Raindrop always underfoot and in my way if I decide to pull weeds. After an all-night rain like last night, some things have grown 3 inches overnight. It's incredible. Can't wait to go out tomorrow morning. And we're expecting 3 days of rain!!!!!!!

This of course has nothing to do with my Sleeping Nude. Just felt like writing.

  1. Lovely sleeping nude, and lovely verbal painting of the garden and cats.

  4. Hey Margaret- A beautiful piece! Can I put some of your work and a paragraph or two on my blog next week? I can also mention any upcoming shows you will be in. (not that I have a HUGE following, but still)
