I started my day at 7:15 with Ann on a brisk walk through the neighborhood into the countryside, past cornfields, up and down dirt roads, while most of the town (and the artists) still slept. Except Barry, whom we found on our return, practicing his Tai Chi in the garden. We plan on joining him tomorrow.
We worked in the studio with Maria, our model, from 9:30 a.m. until 12:30, then from 3:30-6:30. We had a short photo shoot with Maria so we can have some photos to work from when she's not with us. Drinks in the courtyard, dinner on the patio. Wonderful conversation, lots of laughter. People meandered to their beds around 11:00.First day of class and look what they've done. So sorry for my lousy photography.
